Overwinters in the egg stage. This is a snow pool species.

Identifying Characteristics:

Pointed abdomen, no leg banding, wing mostly dark scaled, area under spiracle with scales, palpi entirely dark scaled, scales on mesokatepisternum (largest sclerite on the side of the body) extend to the anterior angle.
